Baby Shelf

It's time for a new challenge at Di's Digi Designs and the theme for the next fortnight is Celebrations.

I chose this cute image called Baby Shelf, along with papers from the Trimcraft Party Animals Collection to create a card celebrating the birth of a new baby.

I coloured my image with Spectrum Noir markers and added some ribbon from my stash and a little charm from the Sara Davies Little Angel Signature collection.

The sentiment and safety pin are Sue Wilson dies and I used my Die-namics Fishtail Flags die to create the banner - I think this must be the most used die in my collection!

That's Crafty! Challenge - Anything Goes

Thank you for popping in today, don't forget to take a look at the Di's Digi Designs Challenge blog to check out the fabulous DT inspiration and join in with our Celebrations challenge.

Merry Christmas Mum

This is the card that I made for my Mother in Law this year, she loves anything sparkly and shiny so I decided to use a topper and card stock from a Hunkydory Kit.

The Merry Christmas is a Joanna Sheen die and the Mum is a Clearly Besotted Die, I cut them all from Silver Mirri Card.

I added a few gems to finish and decorated the inside using a verse from Crafter's Companion.

I'm going shopping with my eldest son today, hopefully to buy some clothes in the sales and pop into Hobbycraft on the way home - I'll try to catch up with everyone later.
