I've been using more of my old stash, this time the Graphic 45 Princess collection.

This is a gorgeous collection, pretty florals and lovely colours.  I have used several of the papers, one of the toppers and a sentiment label so lots of super layers.  I love using these collections as I get the chance to do lots of my favourite fussy cutting, I just fussy cut the sentiment label and the little roses for this card.

Forever Florals

This is the Mother's day card that I made for my Mother-in-Law, I always seem to reach for a Hunkydory kit when I create cards for either my Mum or my Mother in Law.

I used the new Forever Florals Rose collection, this is a beautiful collection - I can't wait to see which flower comes next.  Everything is from the collection, I just added a stamped sentiment from Crafter's Companion and some Hunkdory Diamond Sparkles -  I also added a little verse that I found on the internet to the inside.

Multi Colour Birthday

This is another of the cards that I created using the new Crafter's Companion Border and Word Dies.

I cut the border from five different colours of textured card stock, layered them all onto a different coloured base and paper pieced the sentiment using the spare letters from the die cuts - quite simple but rather time consuming doing the paper piecing.

Hoppy Easter - Twofer

I've managed to make a couple of cards to enter into this months Twofer Card Challenge, the theme is Spring Animals.

As soon as I saw the theme I thought of my Tim Holtz Cottontail dies and decided to create an Easter card and a New Baby card.

I cut the dies twice for the Easter card and used papers from the Sara Signature Rustic Wedding collection!  The flowers are Tim Holtz again, they are called Wildflower Stems - I'm not sure where the sentiment die and stamp came from.

For the New Baby card I used the same die and papers from the Forever Friends New Arrival paper pad, I just added a sentiment and some hand made card candi.

I would like to enter these cards into the Twofer Card Challenge #25 - Spring Animals.

Everything is from the paper pad, I have used a variety of dies and punches that have also been in my stash for ages.  I inked the edges of everything and just added a little scrap of ribbon and twine.

Simple Christmas Tree

I decided to create another card using my Tim Holtz Tree Blueprint Stamp and Die set, I made this one Clean and Simple.

I stamped my tree four times onto some of Joanna Sheen's Elegance Satin card stock, used the dies to cut out the three layers and used foam pads to layer them up on the base tree.  I rounded the corners, attached the base layer to a card base using foam pads and just added a stamped sentiment.

Friendship

I've been playing with my Kaisercraft Indigo Skies Paper Pad again, I love the colours in this collection.

It is quite a simple card really, just a few layers and a sentiment - I used a Clearly Besotted border die for the scalloped edge, the flower is a Tattered Lace Flower Forming Die and the super sentiment is an old stamp from Dovecraft.

Pretty Thank You

This card uses another of the new Border and Word Dies from Crafter's Companion, they have been launched in the US and I think they are launching here later this month.

I have used the Thank You Die along with papers from the Summer Breeze Paper Pad and some Textured Cardstock from the Pastels pad.  Another very simple card, it just took a little time to paper piece the flower border and 'Thank You'.

Stop thinking ...

This is another paper pad that has been languishing in my stash, it is the Mintay Dear Diary collection - I have lots of Mintay pads so you can expect to see more in the near future.

I used one of the beautiful toppers along with some of the lovely papers, I inked the edges of everything and die cut the flowers and leaves from the papers.  The sentiment is an older Crafter's Companion Sentimentals stamp and I added some Hunkydory Glittering Gemstones to the centre of the flowers.

How to build a Snowman

Another Tim Holtz Blueprint Snowman, this time a CAS design.

I stamped him on some of Joanna Sheen's Elegance Satin card stock and coloured his hat and scarf with Spectrum Noir Illustrator pens, I stamped an additional hat and scarf so that I could fussy cut them to add a little dimension. The sentiment is an old Kirsty Wiseman stamp and I just added a little red card stock and some handmade red card candi.

Blue Birthday

Another card using my very old Kaisercraft Indigo Skies paper pad, I'm really enjoying discovering what I have hiding in my stash.

As before, all of the papers and the sentiments are from the pad, I cut the tags with my Hunkdory Fancy Edge Tag Punch - these punches are so useful, you can punch tags in three different widths and any length you wish.  The flowers are Tattered Lace Flower Forming dies and I've added Marianne Design enamel dots and hearts.
