Bright and Beautiful

Lynda Chapman will be on Create and Craft this evening for the launch of the beautiful new Butterfly Ballet collection, there is an amazing set of new dies and a paper collection.

This is one of the cards that I have created using the paper collection, the matching card stock is included if you choose the complete collection.

The sentiment is also part of the collection, I made the card candi from one of the solid papers.

Make sure you catch the shows, it is a Blockbuster Deal so there will be lots of demonstrations and inspiration throughout the weekend.

It's a nice day for Yoga

This is another of the cards that I created for the January Edition of  Making Cards & Papercraft Magazine.

I used the free bonus online download to create this and three more cards, there were six super Yoga themed toppers and two co-ordinating papers. If you 'like' the Making Cards Facebook page you will be able to collect a different set of these papers each month.

The purpose of these cards is to show what can be created with a minimum of extras. To create this card I cut out one of the toppers with a circle die and added scalloped border.

All I have added is some coloured card stock, computer generated sentiment and some card candi.

The Red Squirrel

Did you watch the launch of the wonderful new DVD from Pollyanna Pickering - British Wildlife Vol III, if so did you place an order?

You Stole my Heart

This is one of the cards that I created for last month's Making Cards & Papercraft Magazine, I used the Free bonus email download papers to create four humorous Valentine cards.

The Badger

Today is the day for the launch of the wonderful new DVD from Pollyanna Pickering - British Wildlife Vol III, Lynda Chapman will be on Create and Craft at noon.  This is one of the samples that I have created for the shows.

I used the fabulous Badger collection for this card, again everything is from the DVD, I even fussy cut the flowers from one of the backing papers - all I have added is some of Lynda's black card stock.

The Fox

Lynda Chapman will be back on Create and Craft tomorrow with a wonderful new DVD from Pollyanna Pickering - British Wildlife Vol III.  This is another of the samples that I have created for the shows.

I used the fabulous Fox collection to create this card, everything is from the CD, even the tag, I just printed  and cut everything out, all I have added is a scrap of ribbon and twine along with some of Lynda's black card stock.

In the Moment

The new issue of Making Cards Magazine is on sale today so that means that I can start to share the cards that I created for the last edition.

I used the free bonus online download to create this and three more cards, there were six super toppers and two co-ordinating papers.  If you 'like' the Making Cards Facebook page you will be able to collect a different set of these papers each month.

As always, the purpose of these cards is to show what can be created with a minimum of extras.  To create this card, I simply fussy cut one of the toppers and added some solid card stock

The sentiment was computer generated and cut into a fishtail banner shape.

The Stag

This is another of the cards that I have created using the new DVD from Pollyanna Pickering - British Wildlife Vol III.  Lynda Chapman will be on Create and Craft on Sunday 27th at 12 noon and again at 5 pm for the launch, there is a DVD and a Paper Collection.

For this card I used the fabulous Stag collection, everything is from the DVD with the exception of some of Lynda's brown card stock and some pearls.

I love the Stag collection, I think it is perfect for masculine cards.

So Peaceful

This is another card created using the Hunkydory Little Square Book of Mum Mantras, I used the new Fancy Squares 1 Moonstone Die to cut out multiple layers so that I could create a pyramage topper.

The Hedgehog and The Badger

Until a Mum

This is another of the cards that I created for the launch of the four new Hunkydory Square Little Books and four new sets of Moonstone Nesting Dies.

I used an image from the Square Little Book of Mum Mantras and cut an aperture and frame using the Moonstone Fancy Nesting Squares 1 die.  I used patterned papers from the Colour Families Spots & Stripes Pink Paper Pad along with solid papers from the Colour Families Spots & Stripes Pink Paper Pad.  I also fussy cut some extra flowers from another of the topper sheets to embellish.

Christmas Friends

These are the final two cards that I created for the October edition of Making Cards Magazine, I used the Editor's Choice papers.

Floral Easter

This is another of the cards that I created for the launch of the four new Hunkydory Square Little Books and four really useful new sets of Moonstone Nesting Dies.

I used the Sweet Springtime Square Little Book along with the Moonstone Fancy Nesting Squares 2 die.  I used one of the dies to cut out the topper this time and then used a larger die to cut the mat, the corners have also been cut from another of the toppers using one of the dies.  All I have added is some solid Adorable Scorable and Pastel Watercolour Adorable Scorable.

Sit back and Relax

Did you see Sheila on Create and Craft yesterday, she was launching four fabulous Square Little Books and four super new sets of Moonstone Nesting Dies - this is another of the cards that I created for the shows.

For this card I used the beautiful Little Square Book of Butterfly Botanica, I fussy cut some additional butterflies from a couple of the other sheets so that I could use them to embellish my card and add some dimension.  I also used the Moonstone Fancy Nesting Rectangles 2 Die, these dies are perfect for use with the Little Square books as well as the regular size. I used some solid Adorable Scorable and Tartan Adorable Scorable, the sentiment came from the Butterfly Beauty Whopper Topper Pad.

Easter Critters

I am really excited to have been invited to stay on the Hunkydory Design Team for another six month term, I love their products and it's great to get to play with them first before they are launched.

Hunkydory are on Create and Craft at 8 am this morning, Sheila will be launching four fabulous Square Little Books and four super new sets of Moonstone Nesting Dies.

I used the Sweet Springtime Square Little Book along with the Moonstone Fancy Nesting Rectangles 1 Die - the moonstone dies always give a fantastic crisp, clean finish.

I decided to use three of the toppers to create a tri-fold Easter card.

All that I have added to create this card is some solid Adorable Scorable and Pastel Watercolour Adorable Scorable.

Make sure you tune in to the shows there is one at 8 am and another at 3 pm, I'm sure Sheila will have lots of super demonstrations to share.

Football Crazy

I created this card for my great nephew for his Birthday, he, like most little boys is mad about football.

I used my Crafter's Companion Angelica and Adam CD - I haven't used this one for some time!  Everything is from the CD with the exception of some black card stock and the little football embellishments.

Fluttering Butterflies

This is another card that I created for my Mum to give a friend, I used another topper and sentiment from the Hunkydory Butterfly Beauty Whopper Topper Pad.

I used some more card stock form the Pastel Watercolour collection along with some solid Adorable Scorable.

This time I used the same card stock to decorate the inside.

Have a Great Day

I created these cards for the August edition of Making Cards Magazine - I have been going through all of my photographs making sure that I have shared everything from 2018 and was quite surprised to find how many that I had forgotten!

Peach Birthday

I created this card for my Mum to give a friend for her Birthday, I used a topper and sentiment from the Hunkydory Butterfly Beauty Whopper Topper Pad.

The card stock is some Peach Adorable Scorable and Pastel Watercolour Adorable Scorable.

I used an insert from a Hunkydory USB, I'm sorry, I can't remember which one.
