Filled with Happiness

I seem to have a bit of a butterfly theme going on at the moment!  This is another card that I have created with the Spellbinders August Card Kit.

I have used three of the papers, a sentiment and the butterfly die that are all part of the kit, I just added a square of vellum behind the four small squares and for the base of the butterflies.  I cut the four pretty butterflies from another of the lovely papers - the butterfly die even includes a separate die to cut the body and antenna.

Wildflowers

I thought I would have a play with one of my Hunkydory Collections and decided to use the Forever Florals Wildflowers collection.

I used three of the small images from the Love and Happiness topper sheet along with one of the sheets of printed card stock.  I just added a sentiment, also from the topper sheet and some natural and lemon coloured twine.

Butterfly Sparkle

I'm back playing with my Spellbinders August Card Making Kit again, I have made a rather simple card.

I used three of the pretty papers and some vellum, I cut the scalloped circle from one of the papers with a Hunkydory die and the smaller circle is cut from vellum, the butterfly is fom the kit - there are six beautiful layered butterflies included.  The sentiment is from the Hunkdory Just My Type Sentiment Strip Pad.

Beautiful Butterfly

I have another Butterfly card to share today, this time I have used the Sara Davies Vintage Butterfly collection - this is another one of those cards that didn't turn out quite as I had envisaged!

I used one of the beautiful papers, a torn strip of vellum and the Kaleidoscope Double-sided Die,  The sentiment is from the Crafter's Companion Majestic Butterfly stamp set.

Smile Often

Peekaboo Trellis

This is another Slimline card that I have created with the Spellbinders August APG Die of the Month, it's rather Aqua isn't it!

I used gold Mirri and aqua card stock, I embossed the first layer of aqua card stock with a Crafter's Companion Embossing folder, the second aqua layer has been cut with my Spellbinders Hemstitch Slimline die and the next aqua layer is the APG die of the month.  The flowers are also part of the die of the month and the sentiment is from the small die of the month.

Perfect Papillon

I have another card to share today, I have used my Crafter's Companion Sara Signature Vintage Butterfly collection again, I seem to be using all of the blue toned papers!

I cut the hexagons with my Gemini Stitch Edge Hexagon dies, I inked the edges of them before applying them to the card base using foam pads.  I used the large butterfly again and added a sentiment from Hunkydory, I cut several layers and adhered them together.  To finish my card I added some small die cut hearts.

Pink Birthday Wishes

I have created this card with the Spellbinders August APG Die of the Month, the die set consists of two large panels, two flowers, two leaves, two sprigs and a sentiment, it is such good value.

I have used one of the beautiful panels, two of the pretty flowers and the two leaves.  I also used my Spellbinders Hemstitch Slimline Die and my Hunkydory Essential Words Die, I layered it on some black card stock so that it stands out a little more.  The papers are from the Craft Consortium Grunge Paper Pad.

A Wheely Great Birthday

This is another masculine card that I have created with the Hunkydory Sporting Silhouettes collection, it has some really great images in it, some unusual ones as well.

This time I have gone with the cycling theme, I used one of the super images along with some of the printed card stock and one of the printed papers.  As before, I used a black card base and added a sentiment from the collection, I punched three of the little wheels from the paper to embellish my card.
