Here Comes The Bride

Good evening, I have been busy making a wedding card today. It is for my 15 year old son to give to a friends Mother so I couldn't go too girly, quite a difficult task with a wedding card. I chose dark pink Core'dinations card stock, sanded the edges and combined it with lace, green ribbon and green hand made flowers. He would appear to like it, so I can't have done to bad a job.

The image is one of LOTV's die cut sheets and I have teamed it up with a backing paper from one of my Bearly Mine Designs Cd's, I love these so much I bought them all at Easter when they were on special offer. Full details of everything I have used are listed below.

I have decorated the inside of my card to match the front.

To complete the card I made paper roses and leaves to match the ribbon.

Image:   LOTV Die Cut Sheet - Weddings
Papers: Bearly Mine Designs CD
Tools:  Nestabilities Classic Squares and Fleur De Lis Squares, Marianne Creatables English Rose Die, Cuttlebug Daisy Embossing Folder
Embellishments:  lace, ribbon and pearls from stash

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Bearly-Mine Challenge - Die Cuts and Lace
Craft Us Crazy - Remembrance and/or Love
Papertake Weekly Challenge - Pale, Pretty Pastels
The Paper Shelter - Anything Goes
