Something a little different

I recently spent the most wonderful week on the Isle of Wight with my husband, my youngest son Laurence and Ramsey the black Labrador. We had a fabulous time, the weather was perfect - lots of lovely sunshine but not to hot. We found lots of pubs and restaurants that made Ramsey very welcome, he was even given biscuits by complete strangers on the sea front!

We spent lots of time walking on the beach, having relaxed lunches and leisurely evening meals, these are a few of the photographs that my husband and son took:

This is the lovely cottage that we stayed in.

Deepest Winter Wishes

This is another of the cards that I created for the launch of the Hunkdory Christmas Blockbuster.

I used the Deepest Winter Wishes Luxury Topper set from the A Wonderful Wintertime Collection along with some silver Mirri cardstock. The sentiment is also from the Topper set, I added some silver Diamond Sparkles to embellish.

A Fantastic Birthday

I created these cards for the July Edition of Making Cards Magazine, I used the Bonus Papers that were available last month - there are some fabulous Mer-Mazing Papers this month.

All I have added to create these cards is some card stock from my stash and stamped sentiments.

Here Comes Santa

I have another Christmas card created using the Hunkdory Christmas Blockbuster to share today.

I have made the difficult decision to leave the Hunkydory Design Team, I just couldn't manage the tight deadlines when my rheumatoid arthritis flares up and I don't like to let people down.  I'm sure I will still be making lots of cards using Hunkydory products though.

I used the Here Comes Santa Luxury Topper set from the A Wonderful Wintertime Collection along with some silver Mirri cardstock. The sentiment is also from the Topper set and I added some silver Diamond Sparkles to embellish.

Best Friends Forever

This is another of the projects that I created with the Sweet Treats Embossing boards and CD ROM from Crafter's Companion, I used the Sweet Things board to create this fabulous Gable Box.

They are so easy to make, you just emboss the outline and folds on white card stock, cut it out, fold and glue together.  The papers and embellishments are all from the CD.

Thank you for visiting my blog today and thank you for all of the lovely comments that you leave - they are all read and very much appreciated.

Pub Games

This is another of  the cards that I made for my niece's husband, he is the one that doesn't really have any hobbies so he is quite difficult to make for.

I used my Hunkydory Sporting Favourites Picture Perfect Pad, along with some black cardstock and one of the sentiments from the Moonstone Multi Aperture dies that were launched at the same time as the Picture Perfect Pads.
