On my Mind

I created this card with the latest Sara Davies Signature Collection - Vintage Diary, I think she is launching another collection next week, they seem to be launching so many new products at the moment it is difficult to keep up!

I decided to create another slimline card using the teacup image from one of the papers, I die cut it from one sheet and fussy cut it from another so that I could layer it up for dimension.  I used two more of the beautiful vintage papers along with some corrugated card and inked the edges of everything to enhance the vintage feel.  The flowers were cut from the reverse of one of the papers, the reverse sides are all plain colours, I added another sentiment from my Lisa Horton Crafts Wordage Sheets.

Thank you for visiting my blog today, your company is much appreciated - please leave a comment so that I can come and visit you.

A gorgeous card Pauline, the more I see of this collection the more I like it. I have to agree with you the new products are coming thick and fast from everyone in the craftworld at the moment. Considering that we are and have been in lockdown for over a year now it does not seem to have affected the crafting community greatly, just the crafters wallets.

This cup of tea looks so inviting on this cold, rainy morning here. Sara is so enthusiastic and happy when she's on TV that you want everything she shows. This is such a lovely card.

A very beautiful card Pauline - really pretty layout - I struggle with all the new products - I want to tell them to think about the environment - but I suspect nobody would listen! Hugs rachel x

What a sweet, elegantly pretty card. Nothing quite like the comforting power of a cuppa - be it the real deal or in paper crafting form.

I agree with Annie, always stunning work Pauline. I don't watch the craft channels any more, can't afford to keep up, but somehow I do see some things around that I just HAVE to have hahaha.
