Christmas Wreath

I created this card using the dies that came with the latest Hunkydory Cardmaking Collection.

I always find it quite difficult to create these cards, I was asked to create a total of ten projects for the magazine and you are expected to use mainly the free kit that is included with the magazine - if you use anything else it must be from Hunkydory and currently available, this means that you are quite restricted in what you can use.

Thank you for visiting my blog today, your company is much appreciated - please leave a comment so that I can come and visit you.

That may have been a stretch, working with relatively limited materials Pauline, but what an awesome result on this fabulous card - love the red matting under the green papers! and the touches of red in the embellishments.

You sure did well with what you were allowed to use. This is a beautiful wreath, great design and pretty background paper. Love the touches of red with the mats and bling.

I think it’s inspiring to see these card series, made with lots of restrictions and plenty of creativity. It demonstrates a card can be beautiful even without allé the fussy and sometimes costly embellies.

Hello, Pauline! Your wreath card is gorgeous! I know I would find it difficult to make 10 cards from a magazine kit, but you always do an awesome job!

Your cards are always so pretty you make it look easy! But i know what you mean, I do some cards for my local stamp store with the same restrictions and every once in awhile you have a piece of paper that would go so great with a stamp but is no longer available..........frustrating. This card is so pretty,
