I used papers from the Rosa Paper Pad, the sentiment is from the Stamp Club collection.
I have just added a die cut flower with a pearl in the centre.

Paper piecing would be my choice too, for the same reason. I like how she looks like one of those paper dolls I loved playing with as a child. Pretty in pink!
