This is one of the projects that I created for the Tonic Studios Design Collection published by Practical Publishing.
I used the Tonic Rococo Adorable Elephants Die to create a wall hanging.
The striped papers were free with the boxed kit and the dark blue card stock is from the Tonic Essential Card Pack – Brilliant Blues.
I cut the panels with a Spellbinders Grand Labels Eleven and I used some ribbon from my stash to connect them all together.
