Happy 18th Birthday

It was my eldest son's 18th Birthday yesterday and this is one of the cards I made for him.

I always find making cards for my eldest difficult, but cards for his 18th Birthday have to be among the most difficult I've ever made.

I used an Indigo Blu stencil and silver embossing paste to make the musical notes and cut the three circles with my Lil' Inker dies. The stars are an X-Cut die and the 18 was cut with Die-namics dies.  I computer generated the sentiment and the headphones are also from Indigo Blu.

I have decorated the inside of the card,

and made a matching tag.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Artistic Inspirations Challenge 72 - Anything Goes
Crafting from the Heart Challenge 2 - Anything Goes
Love to Create Challenge 6 - Anything Goes
My Craft Creations - Anything Goes
Bearly Mine Challenge 119 - Anything Goes
Everybody Art Challenge 258 - No Christmas Cards
LEJ Designs Challenge 84 - Anything Goes
The Male Room Challenge - Celebration
Through the Craft Room Door Challenge - Anything Goes
Deep Ocean Challenge 67 - Something Old (papers and dies)

Thank you so much for visiting today, your company is much appreciated.

Happy Birthday to your son! 18 is a big year - my youngest is 18 and I think it may be her favorite year ever. Hope it is that way for your son as well. Your card and tag is wonderful. I love all the details and extras you added and still managed to keep it masculine - that takes talent. Hugz!

These are awesome! I like the level of creativity you’ve out into it. I am also ting of doing all the planning myself for my son’s first birthday. We’ve booked one of the nicest LA venues and I’m talking with my planner for the event. Got any ideas for me?
