The Tennis image is from my Polka Doodles Not For Girls CD, the base card stock is Core'dinations and I have kept things very CAS as this card is for a boy and I don't think they like things to be that fussy.
I found a picture of a Tennis Ball using google and then added the words Happy Birthday to it. I used the same picture of a Tennis Ball, only slightly larger, on the inside of my card to write the message on, both have been cut out using a Spellbinders Standard Circle Die.

Great male card, I agree, they probably don't like much 'fuss' on their cards so this is perfect. Great idea with the tennis ball on the out- and inside! Also, thank you for your apple tip, I will considering freezing some slices :)
