Enjoy

I'm doing well, I have managed to create a project for the third day of the Bugaboo Stamps 8th Birthday Bash, there is a whole week of challenges.  The theme for the week is Birds, Butterflies &
Birthday Wishes and there is a separate challenge each day, the third challenge is Anything but a card.

I have created a little gift bag, I used the Bugaboo image - Party Bag, I coloured my image with Spectrum Noir Illustrator Pens and used some papers from the First Edition Beyond the Shore collection.

To embellish I added some ribbon from my stash.

I would like to enter this card into the Bugaboo Stamps 8th Birthday Bash - Day 3 - Anything but a Card.

Eggbert Clown

This is the card that I have created for the second day of the Bugaboo Stamps 8th Birthday Bash, there is a week of challenges - the theme for the week is Birds, Butterflies & Birthday Wishes and there is a separate challenge each day, today it is a sketch challenge.

I used an older Bugaboo image called Eggbert Clown to create this card and coloured him with my Spectrum Noir Illustrator pens.  I cropped,  printed and coloured three additional flowers to embellish my card

The papers are from NitWit Collections and the sentiment is from my stash - I think it was a magazine freebie.

I would like to enter this card into the Bugaboo Stamps 8th Birthday Bash - Day 2 - Sketch.

Birthday Bird

I though I would pop over and join in with the Bugaboo Stamps 8th Birthday Bash,  the theme for the week is Birds, Butterflies & Birthday Wishes and there is a separate challenge each day for a week.

I used the fun BUGBDAYBIRD1 image from Bugaboo Stamps to create my Birthday Card.  I coloured him with my Spectrum Noir Illustrator Pens.

The papers are from the First Edition Pick 'n' Mix paper pad, the sentiment is from Ooh La La Creations and I added some ribbon from my stash.

I would like to enter this card into the Bugaboo Stamps 8th Birthday Bash - Day 1 - BOLD and BRIGHT.

Me and hubby went to see Darkest Hour at the cinema last night and both thoroughly enjoyed it, I think we will go and see The Post next - good films are a bit like buses, you wait for ages and then lots come along at the same time!

Birthday Buttons

This is another card using one of my old Simon Says Stamp Card Kits, this time I have used the one from January 2013.

A simple design, I just loved the colours of the papers and decided not to cover them up.

I added some ribbon and buttons from my stash.

I am hoping to go to the Cinema with hubby tonight to see Darkest Hour, there are lots of good films at the moment - why do they always seem to come together!

Love you sew much

I am back on my mission to use some of my older card kits again, this card uses the January 2014 Simon Says Stamp kit.

This is a love themed kit and there are some really pretty papers included.

I am quite enjoying revisiting these older kits and it feels good to be using up some of my old stash!

Fabulous Birthday Girl

I saw this card kit on Craftsuprint and thought it would be perfect for a good friend of mine for her
birthday next month.

There are lots of decoupage layers so lots of my favourite fussy cutting - I added a couple of extra layers and used foam pads for dimension.

You also get an insert as part of the kit.

Love Heart

I saw a card similar to this on YouTube and decided to recreate it in my own style for the Less is More Challenge.

I used an Apple Blossom Flower stamp and coloured it with my Spectrum Noir Illustrator Pens.  The heart is an X-Cut die and the background is a Cuttlebug embossing folder.

I coloured the outside of my card base with one of the same Illustrator pens that I coloured the flower with and also coloured the sentiment strip - the sentiment stamp is from Craftwork Cards.
