Twofer Hearts

I decided to enter the Twofer Card Challenge, I've often thought about it but haven't had the time until now.  It is Challenge 23 and the theme is Hearts so I thought I would use the dies from one of my Tonic Craft Kits, I haven't had time to use many of them either!

I used dies from Tonic Craft Kit 16, specifically the scalloped heart die and the die that cuts out the hearts on both of my cards.

I used both dies for the Valentine card along with a sentiment from the Crafter's Companion Sentimentals Greetings - Heartfelt stamp collection.

For the Wedding card I used the same dies along with the larger frame that is also part of Tonic Craft Kit 16.  The Mr & Mrs is from the Sara Davies Rustic Wedding Signature Collection and the papers are from the Tonic Craft Kit.

I would like to enter this card into the Twofer Card Challenge 23 - Hearts.

Thank you for popping in today and thank you for all of the lovely comments that you leave - they are all read and very much appreciated.

Mr & Mrs

We went to my Brother-in-Law's Wedding on Friday, they have been together for fifteen years and decided to marry at last - this is the card that I made for them.

I used a combination of Crafter's Companion, Sue Wilson and Tonic dies to create my card - the panel, Mr & Mrs and rings are all Crafer's Companion dies, the plain and scalloped hearts are Tonic and the pierced square is a Sue Wilson die.

We had a fabulous day, the bride looked lovely and the weather was kind to us.  This is a photo of the happy couple.

Thank you for popping in today and thank you for all of the lovely comments that you leave.

Forever and Always

It's time for a new challenge at Ooh La La Creations and the theme for the next fortnight is Happily Ever After chosen by Wynn.  I have created a CAS card using a pretty image and papers from the Ooh La La Creations All Dressed Up CD.

I copied the beautiful image into Word and added a sentiment that I found on the Internet.

I printed my topper and popped it up on foam pads, I then added a square of pattered paper behind it.

I would like to enter this card into the CD Sunday Challenge - CAS (Clean and Simple).

Make sure you pop over to the Ooh La La Creations Challenge Blog and check out the DT inspiration, we would love for you to join us for our Happily Ever After Challenge.

Thank you for visiting my blog today, please leave a comment so that I can come and visit you.

The Bride

It's time for a new challenge at The Paper Shelter and the theme for the next week is Circles/Dots and/or Stripes.  I have used this beautiful image called The Bride - as you probably know each set consists of one inked stamp, one coloured stamp, one matching paper and one composition.

I used the inked stamp to create my card.

I coloured her with my Spectrum Noir Illustrator pens and used papers from NitWit Collectons.

The little scalloped border is a Clearly Besotted die and the sentiment is from Craftwork Cards.

Make sure you pop over to The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog and check out the DT inspiration, we would love for you to join us for our Circles/Dots and/or Stripes Challenge. If you use a Paper Shelter image you could win a $30 Gift Certificate, if you use another image you can win 3 Digis of your choice.

Thank you for calling today, your company is much appreciated.
