Autumn is ....

It's time for a new challenge at Crafting for all Seasons and the theme for the next fortnight is Autumnal Hues.

I have used a fabulous sentiment from our sponsor Tiffany Doodles and papers from the new Autumnal Bliss collection from NitWit Collections to make my card.

I have used Kraft card stock and inked the edges of everything with Distress Ink.

The leaf embellishments have been cut from the image which I printed a couple of times in different sizes and coloured with a variety of Distress Inks - I just built the colour up gradually.  The ribbon and twine are both from my stash.

Morning Glory

The last two weeks have flow by, I can't believe it's time for another Crafting for all Seasons Challenge already.  This time the challenge is ANYTHING BUT A CARD and I decided to make a tissue box cover:

I don't think I will be winning any prizes for my photography skills, I just couldn't seem to get a decent picture no matter what I tried.

The gorgeous image is Tiffany Doodles - Morning Glory.  I coloured it with a combination of ProMarkers and FlexMarkers and cut it out using a Spellbinders Large Labels die.

The papers are from Sheena's Paint Fusion CD-ROM, I just added a little more distress ink around the edges.  I die cut an opening in the top with Spellbinders Classic Ovals and Classic Scalloped Ovals then added a little more distress ink to tie everything together.
