Yes, my blog title is correct, I used a Simon Says Stamp card kit from September 2012 to create this card. I have quite a few card kits from 2012 and 2013 and I am determined to use them - to be honest, I need the space in my craft room.

A great design and lovely papers Pauline. I can't imagine how much stuff you must have in your craft room. I think I have too much and have been crafting a lot less time than you :) x

Way to go! I think that's fantastic. This notion that every project one makes/shares must be made with the absolute latest releases has never jived with me personally and I absolutely delight in reaching for older products as well as newcomers in my stash.
This card is an upbeat gem and a great reminder to us all to let our craft supplies from past decades get ample play as well.

Beautifully done. I don't want to say how old some of my card kits are. Let's put it this way... If is was a contest I would have you beat...smile.
This is gorgeous Pauline - love the CAS design with the rosette as a focal point.
Stay safe
Blessings

Hi Pauline
A beautiful card with a gorgeous mix of papers.
The button topped rosette looks great. I love making those.
I hope all is well with you.
Love Jules xx
Wow, you are serious about using up older stuff! Very fresh looking with your special touches! Hugz
The kit might be nearly a decade old, but these patterns haven't grown out of style. And the rosette, I love it, and you reminded me I have a TH die for this...
