This is another of the cards that I created for the June edition of Making Cards Magazine. I used the super Dougie the Cat free and exclusive digital Craft Paper Collection that is available from the
Making Cards Magazine Facebook page, just click on the FREE CRAFT PAPERS in the left margin.
I used one of the cute toppers and one of the papers along with some pink and blue cardstock from my stash - the sentiment is an old Sherry Russ Designs stamp from STAMPlorations.

Ahh, that's what I said when I saw this. The papers you choose are always so pretty or so cute with the animals. This is adorable and I like that pretty pattern paper you used.

This is so fabulously adorable! It stirs up a hearty dose of nostalgia for me, too, as I can just barely remember having a childhood book (about a cat and dog who threw a party together, if memory serves me right) with somewhat similar looking illustrations.
I can't recall the name of the book or many details, but do remember my mom reading it to me countless times. Aww! I hadn't thought about that book in forever. Thank you very much for jogging my memory. I'll have to ask my mom now if she can think of the name of the title.
