It's finished

Actually, it's nearly finished but I'm going to have to leave the final touches for a while because I have some DT projects to complete and quite frankly, I've had just about enough of sorting through everything!  I just have my magazine collection to go through and hopefully I will manage to part with some of them.

This is my Creative Crafting World and Hunkydory Wall along with some of my CD/DVD collection and my Gemini.

This is my main wall of storage, I have most of my papers, 12 x 12 card stock and lots of my die cut collections stored on this wall, to the right side it is mostly Crafter's Companion.  On the far right, round the corner, I have more Crafter's Companion and my Joanna Sheen stash.

This is my desk, I have two computer screens, the one on the right is used for watching YouTube,  Netflix and Amazon prime, I like to have something playing in the background when I create.

This is the window wall, obviously - I have a large chest of drawers here where I store my ribbons, gems, glitters, embossing powers, packaging and lots of odds and ends.  My guillotine, embossing boards, sewing machine and Sizzix Big Shot sit on the top.  The drawer unit to the side of my desk holds all of my inks and the unit on top of it holds card blanks and white A4 card stock.

This is the wall behind my desk, I store my Crafter's Companion Subscription Boxes on top along with all of the bits and bobs that I use most often, including A4 card stock and colouring pens and pencils.  I also have my printer and Gemini Junior at the far end.

You would not believe how much I have parted with, I probably should have got rid of more but I find it difficult to part with any of my stash.

Thank you for popping in today, your company is much appreciated, hopefully things will get back to normal now!

I have craft room envy! My craft area is a table in the corner of the spare room with two shelves on the book case, a set of drawers and some boxes under the table!

I am amazed how much you have in that room so can’t imagine what it was like before. Hope you find it easier to find what you need now.

What a fabulous looking craft room Pauline - and I too am a bit of a hoarder, so can hear your pain about parting with 'stuff' :)

I know just what you mean about parting with stuff/stash Pauline. I have a room similar in size to this but very messy plus another room just for storage and CD's/DVd's plus a shed for messy work. I really should get on and sort my stuff out too. Glad you have yours finished now and looking so tidy too.

It looks so amazing and organized!! I love all of your storage!! What I really covet is that wonderful window!! My craft room is in the basement and the only natural light I have is from a small window up high. Have a great day!! Big hugs :)

It looks well organised Pauline, what an amount of stash though, I wonder what it was like before you got rid of some stuff, well done though, Kate x

I am so jealous, I need to do this, but I have been stamping for so many years and I still hate to part with things. I have gone through some drawers of wooden block stamps and parted with some, but not nearly enough. AND, if only I could use what I have and stop buying more..........you are so tidy and organized, I wish......... Thanks for sharing your journey and showing your creative area, you have inspired me to at least do one area at a time.

Hugs
Sue

It looks super organised and tidy Pauline, I'm sure you will find it easier to craft there and to find everything that you need now. You must feel so pleased that you have completed this massive re-org. I too find it difficult to part with anything - there is always a time when you need a certain item and invariably it's always just after you've parted with it :)

Most of us crafters are hoarders!! I hold my hand up and I too, find it difficult to get rid of anything. I do pass some things to a friend of mine. It looks a bit like mine, boxes full to the brim!! Hugs, Carol S.xx

Thank you for the tour around your sanctuary where the crafty magic happens!! You have inspired me to have a jolly good tidy up in my work room xx

Congrats on parting with some of your stash. After seeing your room, I feel much more comfortable having all I have now LOL How do we accumulate so much through the years without using it all? I've come to terms with the knowledge that I will not live long enough to use all of my stash.........sad huh?

This is so wonderful! Thanks for sharing all these great pictures. I dream so often of having such a great crafting space like this; but being a military family means moving so often that I just have to keep my supplies and space at a minimum. I can see why you do such fantastic work!

Wow! Fabulous craft room, you have done a glorious work!! You have been VERY busy!!! All it's so organized, it's hard put all those items in a relatively small space!

This is awesome, Pauline. I love the color coordination of the boxes and how tidy everything is. That wall of windows gives you wonderful lighting and you have a place for everything. A perfect place to create. I keep everything too. It's hard for me to let go of stuff unless I know it's going to a good home.

Your room is wonderful. I love the color coordinated boxes of pink and black and the organization is so well done. Everything has a place and it looks so tidy. That wall of windows gives so much natural light. What a great place to create.
