I used a beautiful topper from the Crafter's Companion Verity Rose CD-Rom, along with co-ordinating papers and various other elements from the CD.
The card base is from the shaped card section on the CD, I printed it onto some blue card stock and cut it out.
Everything has been printed from the CD and fussy cut before layering up using foam pads for dimension. I just added some pearls from my stash.
