I used the decoupage from the kit along with some papers from my stash.
A selection of numbers and sentiments also come with the kit. I also fussy cut some extra footballs to use as embellishments.

A lovely card for a young boy. Most little boys (and older ones too) love this sport, so it's quite a safe theme to go with for boy birthday cards:)
