Always & Forever

This is the card that I made for Matt to give his girlfriend, I always find it difficult to make these cards as I am frightened that the recipient might not like them.

I used papers and a topper from the NitWit Always & Forever collection.  I computer generated the sentiment, I tried to find the same font as the one on the topper but couldn't get a perfect match.

I also decorated the inside of the card.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Inspiration Destination Challenge 100 - Always Anything Goes
Little Red Wagon Challenge 356 - Happy Birthday
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Its Hip To Be Square
Sisterhood of Crafters Challenge - Pretty, Pretty Ribbons
WordArt Wednesdays Challenge Weeks 244/245 - Anything Goes

Thank you for popping in today, please leave a comment so that I know you've been and will be able to come and visit you.

Hi Pauline

How could someone not be happy to receive something as gorgeous as this! It is beautiful!

Love the papers and your design.

I think you did a great font matching exercise. I spent hours the other week trying to match a font up to a pencil that a couple wanted to add to their Save the Dates. It turned out to be a commercial font that I ended up buying the licence for .. .. good job I liked the font. It has earned it keep already!! LOL!

Thanks for the info on cutting polystyrene. What I wouldn't give for a laser. Love the lazer cut cards and found a great video showing me how it is done. Simply magic!!

Hope all is good with you.

Love Jules xx

Such a cute image and great papers. If you colored the image, you did an amazing job on it (I never know with you because you color as well as any of the artist you use). Great details too. Adorable card. Hugz

I recognize the feeling. But you've got nothing to fear. Since I started Cardmaking I haven't been looking much at cards in stores. Had to buy one earlier this week, for work, and there was no time for me to make one. There's actually quite a few not so nice cards in store. And those that are nice cost a fortune! But a store bought card can never compete with a handmade one.
