I used the adorable Little Millie with Heart Balloon - Digi Stamp available in the Pink Gem Designs Shop.
I used the coloured image along with some NitWit Collections papers.
I added some sparkle to the balloon using a Spectrum Noir Sparkle pen. The ribbon and heart shaped pearls are from my stash and the sentiment tag is from LOTV.
