I have used an adorable image from Joanna Sheen's House-Mouse Decoupage CD to make my card along with some NitWit Collections papers.
There are quite a few layers of decoupage, with some rather fiddly bits but I do enjoy cutting them out, I find it very relaxing!
I added a seam binding bow, a Craftwork Cards sentiment and some pearls from my stash.
