It's time for a new challenge at Paper Creator's Crafts and the theme for this challenge is Anything Goes - Paper Creator products are not essential but you will gain an extra entry for using them.
I have used the fabulous Just Balloons Card Kit to make my card.
You receive everything you need to make a card and matching envelope or box, there are even insert panels and decoupage layers along with a choice of sentiments.
I added some 3D Crystal Lacquer to the balloons along with a little banner, some twine and Card Candy.
