I have used an adorable Ultimate Kit from Paper Creator's Crafts called Candy Star Ted - it is available in both pink and blue versions, as you can see I used both to make a pair of Christmas gift bags. I loosely followed a sketch kindly shared by Jules from Always with a Heart. Everything is from the Ultimate Kits, I inked the edges of everything and just added a little twine to attach the tags.

They're so sweet! This is a good example of the power of color, they're identical in design, but the color makes them look totally different.
