I have loosely followed the sketch and used a fun decoupage image from Joanna Sheen's Just the Two of Us Decoupage Sheets along with papers from Joanna's House-Mouse Inserts CD.
The sentiment is from Craftwork Cards and I have added some buttons tied with twine from my stash.
I decorated the inside of my card with more papers and an insert from the CD.
