I have used a cute decoupage image from Joanna Sheen's House-Mouse Decoupage CD, the floral papers are from Joanna's Jayne Netley Mayhew Collection CD and the gingham papers are from Bearly Mine Designs.
The sentiment box is from the CD, the words are a LOTV stamp. I have added a seam binding bow and some gems from my stash.
