You could use decoupage for your layers like me, or just layers of paper and card stock, the choice is yours but don't forget you must use a House-Mouse, Happy Hopper or Gruffie image to join in.
For my card I've used a fabulous decoupage image from Joanna Sheen's House-Mouse Food and Drink 2 and papers from LOTV.
