I have used an image and papers from the Ooh La La Creations Shawn Jenkins Collection CD. The image is called Cupcake Creams, the Happy Birthday sentiment is layered up on dimensional pads.
I have made a chocolate box bow with some ribbon from my stash.

Oh my word Pauline this is soooooo delicious looking, even more so as I have had nothing to eat as yet, I think it is this hot weather. The image of all those wonderful cakes is ACE so are the papers and that ribbon/bow, superb card.
