This is the card I would like to enter into this weeks CD Sunday Challenge - Quick and Cute.
It is one of the cards that I made for the launch of the Ooh La La Creations - Faithful Friends CD back in April but never got around to posting. It was simple to make because everything came from the CD - even the sentiment. This always makes things simple because you don't have to hunt around looking for papers that go together as well as complementing the image - just some matting and layering and a strip of ribbon with a die cut buckle.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
The CD Sunday Challenge - Quick and Cute
LEJ Designs Challenge 66 - Furry Friends
Art Impressions Challenge 116 - For the Dogs (& Cats)
Daring Card Makers Challenge - Colours of the Sea
Aud Sentiments Challenge 87 - Anything but a Birthday card (Father's day)
Thank you for visiting me today, any comments will be very much appreciated.

Hi Pauline. I am prejudiced with this image as it is the one I chose to do in parchment. A great man's card.
Thank you for joining in.

It's a lovely card, Pauline! This shows that a quick card can be just as beautiful as a time consuming one. But with all the CD's and pre-cut elements and coordinated details in the world, I don't think I'm ever going to do a quick card. I always move things around, wondering whether to make it a square or circled shaped one, and so on:)
Gorgeous card Pauline. A fab image and design.
Have a lovely weekend
