The sentiment is a LOTV stamp on a Spellbinders Ribbon Banner die cut and the snowflake is a combination of Spellbinders Snowflake dies with a gem in the middle. I used a Martha Stewart punch to create the border.
I have decorated the inside of my card using the same papers and design.

Hannah, it is not a stamp it is a very old topper from Lili of the Valley, you can find them here - https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/LotvDigiShop but I don't know if they still do this actual image.
