The sentiment is a LOTV stamp and my snowflakes are a combination of Spellbinders Snowflake dies with a gem in the middle. I used a Fiskars punch to create the border.
I have decorated the inside of my card using the same papers and design.

Aw, Pauline, I saw this on the WW blog and fell in love - SO SWEET - love the poke a dot background with the Merry colors of a festive Christmas and the sweet little chickadee and snowman - I need to look at Crafter's Companion with those papers - very pretty! I especially like the tiny red matting on each of your layer panels and the double edging on around the snowman. hugs, de (you are pinned!)
