Picnic Bear

This is my entry for this weeks CD Sunday Challenge - Hello Doily - better late than never!

This week I have used my The Best of La Pashe CD for my decoupage image, this must be one of the best buys I have ever made, I used it for lots of my Christmas cards and for several other cards as well. The papers are from the Crafter's Companion S.W.A.L.K. Papercrafting CD-ROM 2.

Do you ever get one of those cards when, no matter what you do, you're never quite happy with it - well this is one of those and I still don't really like it but I ran out of time so it will have to do!

As always I have decorated the inside of my card using the same papers and layout as the front.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

The CD Sunday Challenge - Hello Doily
Through the Craft Room Door - Anything Goes
Red Carpet Studio Challenge 21 - "Ted"
House of Gilli Challenge 49 - Anything Goes with Pink and Bling
Love to Create Challenge 50 - Anything Goes with a Sentiment
Celebrate the Occasion Challenge 97 - Green with Envy
Stamp 'n' Doodle Challenge - A Girl/Ladies Birthday
Flutterby Wednesday Challenge 225 - Anything Goes with a Butterfly or Fairy

Thank you for visiting today, make sure you pop over to the CD Sunday Challenge blog and have a go at this weeks challenge.

Very pretty Pauline, love the decoupage image. It looks fine to me - I think we all get those kind of cards from time to time, I often go to bed and have another look next day! Carol x

I think your card turned out great, Pauline! And, oh yes, I've had that feeling of "not quite satisfied" too. And the bizarre thing is, that's usually the cards I receive the most positive feedbacks on from others! The soft colors of your papers look great paneled onto dark paper.
