Flopsie Bunny

This is a card I made using my Polka Doodles Paper Boutique Volume 1 CD, this is really out of my comfort zone, usually I only make 6 inch square cards but I felt like a challenge and in the end I quite enjoyed myself.  The only problem is I now need to make a box to put it in and I'm notoriously lazy about making boxes.

I have lined the inside of the card with papers from the CD and added a label to write a sentiment on.

The back of the card is also decorated and I just love the little fluffy tail.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Fab 'n' Funky Challenge 91 - A hard theme! (It was certainly hard for me not making a standard 6 inch card)
Stamp, Scrap and Doodle Saturdays  - Favourite Colour- Pink (on inside of card and the little heart)

Don't forget to pop over to the Willow Sketchie Challenge Blog  and have a go at this weeks challenge, there's a great prize on offer this week.

Birthday Cupcake

Hi all, I hope everyone has had a lovely weekend, mine was quiet but nice, plenty of time for crafting.  I'm trying to get lots of Christmas cards ready for the Christmas Fair I've managed to get a table at.

This is another card that I made for my son to give to a friend for her birthday, I've never known a boy be invited to so many birthday parties.

Both the image and papers are from The Paper Shelter, I used core'dinations card stock and some flowers from my stash.  The border and corner are both Marianne CreaTables dies.

As usual I decorated the inside of the card to match the front

Christmas Fun

Good afternoon, I hope you all have a lovely weekend planned, I'm going to have a quiet one this week to make up for last weeks busy one.

I have made this card to enter into this months Crafter's Companion challenge and the theme this time is Christmas Wishes.  I thought I would try something different from the usual square card that I normally make, big mistake, I just don't seem to be able to get the proportions right for anything else any more.

Anyway this is my card

I used the Humphrey Christmas Decoupage kit, I do love these cute Humphrey images and I seem to be doing more and more decoupage at the moment, the papers are also part of the kit.  I used my favourite Core'dinations Whitewash for the base and also embossed a rectangle using a Darice embossing folder.  I die cut a sentiment label, added some ribbon and some snowflakes from my stash.

This inside of my card has also been decorated.

Tools:  Crafter's Companion - Darice Embossing Folder, Spellbinders - Ribbon Tag Trio and Classic Squares (inside card)

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

I used the 'Perfect Present' image and chose the decoupage option, the papers are also from the CD.  I just added some ribbon, buttons and a stamped sentiment to complete the card.

Autumn Leaves

Good afternoon everyone, well those two weeks soon went, it's time for another Crafting for all Seasons Challenge and this is my card:

The theme this time is Sunset/Fall Colours and we are sponsored by Whimsy Stamps and  Sweet 'n Sassy and the prizes are:

and

3 digital images

The DT had some lovely images to work with from both Whimsy Stamps and Sweet 'n Sassy.  I chose the cute Sweet 'n Sassy image Rhubarb Picking Apples.  I used some My Mind's Eye papers I've had for a while and Core'dinations card stock.  The leaves were die cut using my Spellbinders Foliage die from a variety of odd scraps of Core'dinations and I coloured some seam binding to match.

This is the inside of my card that has been decorated with some more of the My Mind's Eye papers:

Birthday Shopping

Good evening, I have a card today that I made for a friend on the Willow Sketchie DT.  It was her birthday last month so I hope she won't mind me posting it now.

The image and the papers are downloads from The Paper Shelter and I layered everything onto Kraft card.  I just love the pretty pinks and blues together.  I added some flowers and a ribbon from my stash and stamped a sentiment tag.

This is the inside of the card decorated to match the front.
