For the Birds

I have been AWOL again, I have been having yet another sort out in my Craft Room, I really must stop buying new stash!

I did manage to make the time to create this tag, I have used a Graphic 45 Large Kraft Tag and the Graphic 45 Bird Watcher collection.

I used two of the fabulous papers, I distressed the edge of one piece with an EK Success punch, I also used two of the Cut-Apart toppers and fussy cut lots of flowers and a couple of birds - everything has been layered up using foam pads for dimension.

Thank you for popping in today, your company is much appreciated - please leave a comment so that I can come and visit you.

Things I want to do ...

It was our 22nd Wedding Anniversary on Friday, we have actually been together for 31 years in total!  This is the card that I made for my husband.

I found the list on the internet and printed it onto some paper from the First Edition Wild at Heart collection, the striped paper is from the same paper pad - I punched the border and inked the edges of everything.

I computer generated the sentiment and cut it out with a label die that was free with a magazine ages ago.

Thank you for popping in today, I hope you are enjoying the weekend.

I have created this card for the current House-Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge - the theme is New, New, New.

I decided to make a New Home card using a decoupage image and papers from my Joanna Sheen House-Mouse Triple CD.  The striped paper and sentiment are from Pink Petticoat and the flowers and border were created using EK Success punches.

I also used some of the papers from the CD to decorate the inside of my card.

I would like to enter this card into the House-Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge.

You're my type .....

This is my card for this weeks Less is More Challenge - the theme is Friendship.

I'm not sure that this card is really that Clean and Simple, hopefully it will be OK.

I have used the Clearly Besotted Just My Type stamp and die set and computer generated the sentiment.  I created the notebook paper and the floral paper is from Bearly Mine Designs, it just looked too stark on a plain background

I used an EK Success punch to create the notebook edge and curled one corner of the notebook paper.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Less is More Week 207 - Friends
Melonheadz Friends Challenge - Clean and Simple
Cut it Up Challenge 62 - Black & White

I have made this card for my youngest son to give his brother for his birthday.  It combines two of his pleasures in life - football and Xbox games.

I have used papers from Echo Park and a stamp from the Simon Says Stamp All Boy collection, the sentiment has been computer generated. I used an EK Success punch on the edge of the panel and wanted to add some enamel dots but Laurence thought they were 'girly' so it has been left very CAS.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

The border is an EK Success border punch and the sentiment is a Hero Arts stamp, I added a bow made with ribbon from my stash.

I've used a fabulous digi stamp from Joanna Sheen's House-Mouse Triple CD, I have cheated a little and added a little splash of blue but it is not on the actual image it is a decoupage layer.

The papers are from the Dovecraft Back to Basics Monochrome paper pack and the sentiment is a Pink Petticoat sentiment cut out with a Spellbinders Banner die, I have inked it whilst still in the die.  I punched a border with an EK Success border punch and added some black pearls from my stash.
