Life is Beautiful

This is another spring themed card, we quite often need our Wellington Boots in the spring but it can also be really sunny and warm - the great British Weather, at least it's not boring!

I used my Carta Bella Spring Market collection again, there is a whole sheet of tags, I just fussy cut three of them along with two of the pretty pink papers and a fussy cut sentiment and Wellington Boots.

Love what you have ...

The weather has been glorious for the last couple of days, spring is definitely in the air, so I decided to have a play with my Carta Bella Spring Market collection.

I saw a card similar to this on Pinterest and I absolutely love this little saying, my Dad used to say it all the time and it is so true.  I have the digital collection of these papers and resized the gingham papers, they were a bit large for my card.  I fussy cut the tag and the flowers and added some die cut leaves.

Christmas Gifts

This is the card that I created for my eldest son, he lives on his own but he is in our bubble so he spent the Christmas break with us.

I used my Carta Bella Christmas Delivery Collection, I think this collection is perfect for masculine cards - I have the digital collection so I could print several copies of the gifts and layer them up,  I computer generated the sentiment.

I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas, I had a little break from blogging for a while - it was just me, hubby and our two boys for Christmas this year, I have to say it was rather nice just the four of us for a change, very relaxed and a lot less work.

Hot Chocolate Time

It was my eldest son's 25th Birthday on Friday, that time has certainly passed quickly!  We always enjoyed going to the cinema together and would have a lovely hot chocolate every time we went, so when I saw this image in the Carta Bella Warm and Cozy collection, I just had to use it on his Birthday card.

Everything is from the collection except the sentiment which is from LOTV, I cut the little stars with a die from my stash and decorated the inside with the same papers.

Season's Greetings

This is another Christmas card that I created with my Carta Bella Christmas collection.

I have the digital collection, there are lots of Echo Park, Carta Bella and other collections available from Snap Click Supply, I find it much more affordable and convenient to have the digital collections, you can print as many copies as you like and they don't take up any room in your craft room.  I used two of the papers, a topper, a border and a sentiment along with my Sue Wilson Poinsettia dies again, this time I used red card stock.

All Is Calm

I decided to create another Christmas card whilst I had my Carta Bella Christmas collection on my desk.

I love the papers and topper with the little Christmas Houses on it, I used my Die-namics Fishtail Flag Dies - I haven't used them for a while, I was getting withdrawal symptoms!  I used my old Sue Wilson Poinsettia dies again and this time I added some dark brown card stock.

We wish you ...

It's time for our second challenge at Christmas with the Cuties and the theme is a nice easy one - Christmas Carols and Songs.

I have used an adorable image called Hootie - Christmas Carol from our sponsor - Crafty Sentiments to create my card.  My Christmas Carol is 'We Wish You A Merry Christmas', I think they look like they are happily singing away.

I have coloured them with my Spectrum Noir Illustrator Pens and added glitter to their hats and 3D Crystal Lacquer to their eyes and the berries.

The papers and sentiment are from the Carta Bella Have a Merry Christmas digital collection, I inked the edges of the image and papers.

Make sure you pop over to the Christmas with the Cuties challenge blog and take a look at the Design Team inspiration, we would love for you to join us for our Christmas Carols and Songs Challenge.
