I've had the Sara Signature Vintage Butterfly collection for a while now and decided it is time to get on and use some of it. These collections always look stunning when they launch them but I often have problems when I come to use them!

Happy New Year
I have created a Tower Card, I have seen a few around recently and decided to have a go myself - they are very simple to create.
I created the Tower base with black card stock and cut the 2022 from black card stock as well, I then added 3D Crystal Lacquer to the numbers.
I decided to make mine a New Year card and used my Authentique Party Collection.

Hello Baby
I decided to have a play with my Violet Studio Baby Collection. I used a sketch created by my blog buddy, Jules - Always with a Heart, she is happy for anyone to use them so pop over to her blog and take a look, there were fifty four square sketches last time I looked and also some rectangular ones.
I have used four of the papers along with a topper to create my card, the scalloped border was cut with a Clearly Besotted die and I used a very old die to cut the little stars, I covered them with 3D Crystal Lacquer.
Thank you for popping in today and thank you for all of the lovely comments that you leave, they are all read and much appreciated.

Butterfly Kisses
I saw a video by Sam, Mixed Up Craft, she created a Cascading Gatefold Card and I liked it so much that I decided to make one - it is a lot easier than it looks and Sam explains it really well.

Sir Vagabond
I have been watching You Tube tutorials again, this time Vicky Papaioannou, she is one very talented lady.
She used the Stamperia Sir Vagabond collection to create a little home decor piece and this is my take on it - there are not as many details as hers as I didn't have all of the products but I'm quite pleased with it.
I only used one sheet of paper and part of one topper, the background is the top of the sheet with some Distress Oxide ink added, the buildings are fussy cut from the bottom of the sheet, I fussy cut several little groups of buildings and then rearranged them on my plaque. I layered them up to create different levels and then added some 3D Crystal Lacquer to some of the roofs and a few other details like the clocks. The Airship is another fussy cut from one of the toppers in the collection, I also popped it up for dimension and added some 3D Crystal Lacquer.

I have used two of the papers, a topper and lots of fussy cut elements. I used foam pads to layer up the topper and elements and added some small die cut hearts covered in 3D Crystal Lacquer to embellish.

This card was created using another Studio Light Collection, I'm not sure which one this is from unfortunately - it's quite an old one I think.

I love the vintage image and bunny, they are so cute. I inked the edges of everything, layered them up using foam pads and added 3D Crystal Lacquer to the buttons. The sentiment stamp is an old one from Simon Says Stamp.

Let it Snow
This is the fourth and final card, so far, that I have created with this months Love from Lizi kit - I'm sure there will be more in the near future.
I've used one of the fabulous toppers and a couple of the papers along with gold card stock from my stash.
The snowflakes are from the kit, I've used my Pebeo Gold Marker to colour them again and added some home made candi.
Thank you for visiting my blog today, your company is much appreciated.

Coffee Shop
Have you seen the latest Die-cutting Essentials Special Edition that is now in the shops, it includes a fabulous free craft kit worth over £40.
I was asked to create three Christmas themed cards using the free craft kit.
I have to admit that this commission was a bit of a challenge as I was struggling with ill health at the time but this is one of the cards that I created.
I used the shop front die, one of the three embossing folders and some of the super papers all from the free craft kit, I added a sentiment from Craftwork cards.

Penguin Jingle
It's time for a new challenge at Christmas with the Cuties and the theme this month is Christmas Animals.
Sadly this is my final challenge with Christmas with the Cuties, I am standing down from all of my design teams and also taking a break from my magazine work - I have so much stash that I have not even touched, I just want to craft for fun and use some of it up.
I used the adorable Jingle Penguins image from our sponsor Pink Gem Designs to create my card.
They are adorable aren't they - I coloured them with Spectrum Noir Illustrator pens and added glitter to their hats and 3D Chrystal Lacquer to the bells.
The papers are from the First Edition Merry Little Christmas paper pad and the sentiment is from LOTV.
I would like to enter this card into the September Rudolph Days Challenge - Anything Goes as long as it's Christmas.
Make sure you pop over to the Christmas with the Cuties challenge blog and take a look at the Design Team inspiration, we would love for you to join us for our Christmas Animals challenge.

Sweet and Petite
I have been playing with the Sweet and Petite Julie Loves Creativity Box again - I have used the same papers that I used on a previous card, you can see it HERE, but this card is quite different!
All of the papers are from the Creativity Box, I used Tattered Lace dies to cut the flowers and added a button and twine from my stash.

The sentiment is also from my stash, I think it was free with a magazine.
I added 3D Crystal Lacquer to the three small flowers and the centre of the medium flower.

Christmas Kisses
It's time for a new challenge at Christmas with the Cuties and the theme this month is Cute Couples.
I used the adorable Snowman Couple image from our sponsor Bugaboo to create my card.
I coloured my couple with a combination of ProMarkers and Spectrum Noir Illustrator Pens. I then added glitter to the Snowladies hat and the snow on the ground along with some 3D Crystal Lacquer to their buttons.
I cut them out with a Sue Wilson pierced square die and layered them up onto some green card stock, I repeated with another layer of white and green card stock before attaching them to my card front. The sentiment is from Kraftwork cards layered onto a Tattered Lace Charisma Frames 2 die cut from the green card stock.
Make sure you pop over to the Christmas with the Cuties challenge blog and take a look at the Design Team inspiration, we would love for you to join us for our Cute Couples challenge.
I would like to enter this card into the August Rudolph Days Challenge, the theme is Anything Christmas Goes.
Thank you for visiting my blog today, your company is much appreciated.

Happiness is ...
This is a first for me, I have actually managed to make a card with my Love from Lizi August card kit in August - I have never managed to use a kit in the month that I received it before!
Everything on my card is from the kit with the exception of the Kraft card stock and some Distress Ink.
I have inked the edges of everything and added 3D Chrystal Laquer to the little apple in the centre of the rosette.
Thank you for calling today, your company is much appreciated.

This is my card for this weeks Less is More Challenge, it's the dreaded one layer week and the theme is Curve. I didn't manage to join in last week because hubby treated me to a few days away for an early Birthday treat.
I have created a completely digital card, I used papers from NitWit Collections to create the banner using Word, the bows and tiny buttons are also from the NitWit Collection - I added 3D Crystal Lacquer to the buttons.
The sentiment is from The Lovely Studio (formerly Pink Petticoat).
I would like to enter this card into the Less is More Challenge 323 - Curve.

Spring Birthday
It's time for a new challenge at CD Sunday and the theme for the next fortnight is Spring Colours chosen by ME. Don’t forget to use something from a CD somewhere, however small, in the making of your card or project and give the CD credit.
I used a beautiful image and papers from Joanna Sheen's Ivory Cats CD.
The striped papers and the solid paper are from The Lovely Studio (formerly Pink Petticoat) and the sentiment is a LOTV stamp.
To embellish my card I added a seam binding bow and some card candi that I made from matching card stock and 3D Crystal Lacquer.
