Mother's Day Daisies

This is the Mother's Day card that I made for my Mother-in-Law this year, I find it very difficult to create cards for family and close friends!

I used papers, cardstock and dies from the Nature's Garden Delightful Daisies collection by Crafter's Companion, the sentiment is an unbranded die.

Flowers for Mother's Day

This is the card that I have created for my Mother-in-Law for Mother's Day, I used my Tattered Lace Mega Side Stepper Die to create the base.

The Lace panels are also part of the Tattered Lace die set and the flowers are from the Hunkydory Floral Favourites Snippable collection along with the purple papers. The Mother's Day is an unlabeled die, I also decorated the inside of the card to match the front and added a lovely verse that I found on the internet.

Spring Blooms

I am trying to be more organized this year so I thought I had  better get started on some Mother's Day cards.

I have used an image from the new Hunkydory Spring Delights Snippables collection, I used five layers but you could use more if you wish.  The sentiment is an unbranded die and I used my Tattered Lace Zig Zag Rectangles dies, the papers behind are from the Snippables Paper Pad.

Mum you are the BEST

I created this card for the March edition of Making Cards Magazine, I used the free craft papers that you can download HERE, you need to be quick though - I don't know how much longer they will be available.

I have used one of the papers and one of the toppers along with some black and pink card stock, I cut the little banners with my Die-namics Fishtail Flag dies.

Bright Mother's Day

I created four cards for the March edition of Making Cards Magazine and this is one of them.  I used the free craft papers that you can download HERE, you need to be quick though - I don't know how much longer they will be available.

I used one of the free papers and cut out one of the Mother's Day Toppers with my Crafter's Companion Gemini Stitch Edge Circle Die, I added some black and orange cardstock along with some black gems.

Mother's Day Wishes

This is the Mother's day card that I made for my Mother, I used the same Hunkydory collection that I used for my Mother in Law's card - Forever Florals.

Everything is from the Forever Florals Rose collection, it is nearly identical to the one I created for my Mother-in-Law, I just used different patterned card stock.  Again I added a little verse that I found on the internet to the inside.

Forever Florals

This is the Mother's day card that I made for my Mother-in-Law, I always seem to reach for a Hunkydory kit when I create cards for either my Mum or my Mother in Law.

I used the new Forever Florals Rose collection, this is a beautiful collection - I can't wait to see which flower comes next.  Everything is from the collection, I just added a stamped sentiment from Crafter's Companion and some Hunkdory Diamond Sparkles -  I also added a little verse that I found on the internet to the inside.

There are two sheets for each image and I used both of them so that I could create some extra decoupage layers.

The yellow papers are from Hunkydory and the sentiment is a Taylored Expressions stamp.

Mother's Day Pansies

This is the card that I have made for my Mum for Mother's Day, it's quite safe for me to blog it today as she doesn't do technology!

I have used an image from the Jane Shasky Cardmaking Collection Pad - Garden Delights by Joanna Sheen, there are two sheets for each image and I used both of them so that I could create some extra decoupage layers.

The sentiment is a Taylored Expressions stamp and I created some card candi using the same green card stock that I used to layer the image and papers.

Mother's Day Vase

This is a Mother's Day card that I have made using a beautiful decoupage image from Craft Creations.

It is quite a large image and there are lots of decoupage layers so I kept my design simple to make it centre stage.

I have just added a LOTV sentiment cut out with a Spellbinders Banner die along with some card candi that I made myself.  I also decorated the inside using the same papers and a sentiment from The Lovely Studio.

Beauty FULL Mother's Day

It's time for a new challenge at Paper Creator's Crafts and the theme for this months challenge is All About Mum - Paper Creator products are not essential but you will gain an extra entry for using them.

I used a fabulous Gatefold Card Kit to make two cards.  This first card has been made using the kit exactly as it is intended.

The kit is called Bucket of Flowers, unfortunately I don't think this kit is available any more but pop over to the Paper Creator Shop, there are lots of wonderful images, kits and mega deals to choose from.

For my second card I used the same kit but used the beautiful decoupage image and other elements to create a more traditional design.

I computer generated the sentiment and added some hand made candi.
