It's time for a new challenge at The Paper Shelter and the theme for the next week is Flowers. I have used this fabulous image called Summer Holidays.
I have used the composition to create my card, I printed a few copies so that I could add some decoupage layers. I cropped the flowers from her hat and enlarged them in Word before printing them several times so that I could fussy cut them to embellish my card.
I used the matching paper to decorate the inside of my card.
Make sure you pop over to The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog and check out the DT inspiration, we would love for you to join us for our Flowers Challenge. If you use a Paper Shelter image you could win a $30 Gift Certificate, if you use another image you can win 3 Digis of your choice.

Life is too short ...
I have made this card for the current challenge at Less is More, the theme is Favourite Drink/Beverage and it is one layer week.
I haven't managed to enter for some time but when I saw the theme I remembered this fabulous coffee cup digi image on my Polkadoodles Work and Play 12 CD and thought it was perfect. I coloured my image with Spectrum Noir Illustrator pens and added a sentiment that is also from the CD. I have also created an insert for my card by resizing the coffee cup and adding another sentiment.
I would like to enter this card into the Less is More One Layer Challenge.
Thank you for calling this morning, please leave a comment so that I know you've been and will be able to come and visit you.
