Traditional Christmas

I'm back to Christmas cards today.  I saw a card similar to this on Pinteret and decided to create my own version.

I used Kraft card stock and papers from the First Edition - A Christmas Story paper pad.  The star is a Tonic die and the banner is a Die-namics Fishtail Flags die.

The Poinsettia is a Sue Wilson die along with the Pine Bough and the Sentiment and Holly are Joanna Sheen dies.  I cut the sentiment several times and layered it up for dimension.

Vintage Fawn

I am Guest Designer for Craftwork Cards this month and this card is being shared over on the Craftwork Cards and Friends Official Facebook Group, we are having a Christmas Advent event - an inspiration project will be shared every day.  If you are not a member pop over and join, there is lots of fabulous inspiration and competitions along with special offers and information about new launches - it's such a friendly group.

I have created this vintage style Christmas card using the Craftwork Cards Winter Woodland collection.

The scalloped border is a Lawn Fawn die and I cut the topper mat with my Spellbinder scalloped circle die.

The sentiment is also from Craftwork Cards, the ribbon, twine and button are all from my stash.
