This is my second card for this weeks Less is More Challenge - it's one layer card week and the theme is Leaves.
I used a Clearly Besotted stamp to create this card. I heat embossed it with white embossing powder and then applied distress ink.
I tried to create a neat edge but messed it up so I cut it out with my Tattered Lace Peach Sorbet Square die and then cut a panel from my card front using the same die so that I could inlay my image. The sentiment is a Craftwork Cards stamp.
I would like to enter this card into the Less is More Challenge 319 - One Layer Card - Leaves.
Thank you for calling today, your company is much appreciated.

Leaf Print
It's one layer week over at Less is More and when I saw that the theme is Leaves I decided to do something that I used to do with my children when they were small - Leaf Printing.
I picked a leaf whilst out for a walk and inked it up with two different green distress inks, I then placed it on a card base, placed a piece of scrap paper on top and pressed it down firmly.
To complete my really CAS card I just added a Craftwork Cards stamped sentiment.

First we had each other ..
This is one of the projects that I created for the Tonic Studios Design Collection published by Practical Publishing.
I used the Tonic Rococo Adorable Elephants Die to create a wall hanging.
The striped papers were free with the boxed kit and the dark blue card stock is from the Tonic Essential Card Pack – Brilliant Blues.

Just for You
It's time for a new challenge at Ooh La La Creations and the theme for the next fortnight is Spring is in the Air.
I have used the Ooh La La Creations Yesterday's Memories CD to create my card.
The image and papers are from the Snowdrop and Blue Flowers collection on the CD, I distressed the edges of the image and added a doily and some fussy cut flowers.
The sentiment is a Kraftwork Cards stamped sentiment, the little pearls and twine are from my stash. I also added an insert from the CD.
Make sure you pop over to the Ooh La La Creations Challenge Blog and check out the DT inspiration, we would love for you to join us for our Spring is in the Air Challenge.

Espresso my thanks
It's time for a new challenge at CD Sunday and the theme for the next fortnight is Enjoy (tea/coffee) chosen by Margaret. Don’t forget to use something from a CD somewhere, however small, in the making of your card or project and give the CD credit.
I used a decoupage image and papers from the Joanna Sheen House-Mouse Decoupage CD to create my fun card - they certainly look like they are enjoying themselves don't they!

I have used papers and a sentiment from NitWit Collections.
There are quite a few decoupage layers, unfortunately you can't see them very well. I have also added a bow and some pearls.

Little Princess
This is my second post today, if you are looking for my Di's Digi Designs DT card it is just below this one.
The Crafty Friends Challenge is being sponsored by Pink Gem Designs and the Pink Gem Design Team were asked if they would like to join in as Guest Designers, well of course I said "Yes Please".
The theme for the challenge is For A Child and I decided to create a card for a little girl for a change.
I have used the pretty Little Princess Card Topper Digi Kit to create my card.
There are lots of layers included in the kit but I added a couple of extra layers as well. The sentiment and insert are also part of the kit, I have just added a bow and some gems.
Make sure you pop over to the Crafty Friends Challenge blog and take a look at the DT and GDT inspiration, we would love for you to join in with the For A Child challenge.
