Butterfly Birthday

I have a simple shabby chic Birthday card to share today. I used papers from the March Love From Lizi card kit.

The sentiment is an Avery Elle stamp and I used a Clearly Besotted Edge die to cut the scalloped border.  Lots of inked edges, pretty butterflies from the kit and some pearls from my stash complete my card.

Butterfly Birthday

It's time for a new challenge at Ooh La La Creations and the theme for the next fortnight is Three Embellishments.

I have used fabulous papers from the Ooh La La Creations Everyday Occasions CD to make my card.

My three embellishments are flowers, butterfly and pearls.

The butterfly is from the Ooh La La Creations collection, the flowers and pearls are from my stash.

Wishing you

This is the fourth and final card that was published in this months Creative Cardmaking magazine.  I was commissioned to create four clean and simple cards this time and was given a colour scheme to use - I always find the colour scheme the most difficult part to adhere to.

For this card I used an Avery Elle sentiment and dies from Sue Wilson and My Favorite Things.
