Christmas Robin

It's time for a new challenge over at A Gem of a Challenge and the theme for the next fortnight is Flowers, I decided to use Poinsettias for my flowers.

I used the fabulous Robin Bauble Card Topper Digi Kit available in the Pink Gem Designs Shop.

I have used a Collar Stand, I made my own from gold card stock this time, along with the topper element from the kit.

I printed the topper sheet several times and fussy cut some extra poinsettias so that I could layer them up.  The sentiment is also from the kit and the ribbon is from my stash.

Bright Eyes

I've made this card for the CD Sunday Challenge. the theme is Songs from the Movies - my song is Bright Eyes from the movie Watership Down.

I used an image from Joanna Sheen's Jayne Netley Mayhew The Digi Stamp CD and papers from LOTV.

The flowers are from Stamps by Chloe, I fussy cut them and shaped them before adding pearls to the centres - the ribbon is from my stash.

You Rock

The latest edition of Creative Stamping Magazine hits the shelves today and I was asked to create five cards using the free stamp set along with the free digital stamps that are included with magazine this month.

I decided to make a twister card and used the cassette image and sentiment from the stamp set and the headphones and record from the digital stamp set. 

The papers are from the Echo Park Everyday Eclectic paper pad.

Enjoy the moment

I have made this card for this weeks Less is More Challenge, it's a Colour Challenge and we have to use Pastel Colours.

I have used an adorable House-Mouse stamp from Joanna Sheen and a sentiment from Pink Petticoat.

I coloured my image with ProMarkers and added some papers from NitWit Collections.

Wonderful 80th

This is the card that I made for my MIL from hubby and me.

The papers are from Nitwit Collections and the flower is my Which Craft Flower Art Stamp.

I computer generated the sentiment and cut it out with a Tonic Deco Geometric Layering Die.  I decorated the inside of the card to match but I forgot to take a photo!

From the Heart of the Garden

This is the card that I made for my other son to give his Grandmother for her birthday, this time I used Joanna Sheen's Jane Shasky From the Heart of the Garden CD.

I used a gorgeous decoupage image and co-ordinating papers that were also from the CD.

I computer generated the sentiment and added some ribbon from my stash.

You can see some of the many decoupage layers in this photograph - it's a good job this card didn't need to go in the post.
