New Beginnings

I have been a very bad blogger again, it's ages since I have posted anything!  In my defence, we have been very busy in the garden  We have made some large deep beds and have cleared the area where my old greenhouse used to be, we had to remove it to make way for my husband's cabin.  We are now in the process of creating a vegetable patch - I will share some photographs when it is all completed.

I am sharing some more cards that I created with the Crafter's Companion Make and Send pads, again I have tried to make something rather different to the examples that are given, I have used the All Occasions pad, there is also a Christmas one.

For this card I have used a couple of the papers, a topper and a fussy cut butterfly along with my Gemini Edge'ables - With Love die.

For this one I have used my Gemini Edge'ables - Moroccan Trellis dies with two of the papers, a sentiment and some more fussy cut butterflies.  I made the rosette from one of the papers using my Tim Holtz Paper Rosette Die.

This one is more like some of the samples - I have used three of the papers, a sentiment topper and two fussy cut butterflies.  I also cut out and made up one of the envelopes that are included in the pad.

For my final card I used two of the papers and my Gemini Expressions - Thanks A Bunch die, I also made up another envelope.

Thank you for popping in today, your company is much appreciated - please leave a comment so that I can come and visit you.

  8. What a delightful set of cards Pauline, and it's always good to switch things up, using the examples as inspiration only, rather than slavishly following them. Gardening is always a delightful diversion, even if it can be hard work at times :)

  13. Beautiful papers shown off in your special way Pauline, gorgeous cards. How lovely to hear your having a veggie garden, we had a good crop of just runner beans and potatoes, but certainly made the shopping cheaper. Faith x
