Bloom

I have created another Cascading Gatefold card, this time it is a 6 x 6 " card and I have used my Graphic 45 Bloom collection.

Sam Calcott - Mixed Up Craft has a video on her YouTube channel HERE that shows how to make one of these so if you are not sure pop over and take a look.

I used two of the beautiful papers along with two border strips to create this card, there are two sheets of each paper in the 12 x 12 collection which is really useful when you when you need two of something.  The image on the belly band is from the sticker sheet that comes with the 12 x 12 papers and I used a Hunkydory die to cut the butterflies from one of the 12 x 12 Patterns and Solids.

We took the dogs to the beach yesterday, it was lovely and quiet - Ramsey loves the beach but Jasper had never been due to lockdown, he thought the waves were very interesting but he didn't bark at them which was a bit of a surprise, he barks at most things!  We had a lovely Fish and Chip lunch at a little café and then headed home before it got hot, it made a nice change.

Thank you for popping in today and thank you for all of the lovely comments that you leave, they are all read and much appreciated.

  29. Dazzlingly gorgeous card, Pauline!!!

How sweet that your precious pups were able to spend some time at the beach.

Our own darling Annie enjoys the water a good deal, but has never mustered the courage to walk out (and then swim) in heights above her ears. Interestingly, one of my sister's dogs (Annie and he are not related) is the same way. He's an Olde English Bulldogge, and Annie is half lab, half American Bulldog, so we've theorized that perhaps some of the bully breeds aren't wild about swimming in deeper waters. Who knows?! :)
