The Swallow

This is another of the samples that I have created using the fabulous new CD featuring Pollyanna Pickering's stunning artwork - Garden Visitors.

Lynda Chapman will be on Create and Craft next Sunday for the launch - Garden Visitors contains artwork from Pollyanna's Chapter I in the Sketch Book Collection - it has been revisited and a beautiful Robin has been added.  For my card I have used the Swallow collection.

Everything is from the CD with the exception of some of Lynda's card stock and a button and twine from my stash.


I added a sentiment and an insert, both of which are from the CD.

    Beautiful card, beautiful image, we had them nesting on our house again this year, (hubby gets cross). But I like the idea they choose our house.

    The design you've created with the pretty background papers, layered as you've done, show off this bird so marvelouslly. The corner treatment draws the eye right into the main image, and I like how the paper colors repeats the colors of the old wooden frame too. TFS & have a great week.
