Have fun on your Birthday

I was asked to create the Editor's Selection cards for the July edition of Making Cards Magazine. I had to use the super Mermaid Folk papers that were free with the magazine and also available on the free CD.

The aim of these cards is to show what can be created using the free images and papers along with just a few basic stash items.


For this card I rounded the top left and bottom right corners of the image with a corner punch and added a Craft Creations sentiment on top of a die cut flower.

    Wow! this is gorgeous Pauline!! LOVE the scrummy papers, and you've shown them off to perfection. I really like the rounded corners… must try and remember to do that as it looks fab!

    I've loved all of these mermaid cards. Fabulous papers, and you've been creative with these designs. Using limited stash can be tricky, but you're doing the most out of your supplies, and your cards really don't need anything more.
