Happy Birthday with Love

This is the other card that I made to enter the Less is More 5th Birthday challenge this week.  As I mentioned yesterday I made two cards and I'm not particularly happy with either of them, everyone else seemed to quite like the one I published yesterday though!

For this one I used a Cuttlebug embossing folder, a Marianne Creatables die set and a Craftwork Cards sentiment which I embossed with gold embossing powder.

    Gorgeous card, I love this less is more style. Maybe also try to combine the white with a different color, you will get a totally different feeling from basically the same card.

    I love the embossed birthday background layer and the pretty flower. White on white and CAS is always a hard combination to pull off but you did a great job

    Another elegant gold and white card! No conflicts on this one and it is quite lovely. I know how it goes that sometimes cards don't suite our fancy. Keep in mind they probably tickle someone else's though.
