Today I am sharing another two of my cards that were recently published in Creative Cardmaking magazine.
As I said yesterday, I was commissioned to create 5 Mother's Day cards and each one had to be achieved within a 20 minute time limit. When I say that each card had to be achieved within 20 minutes, that did not include the planning of the card or deciding on which image/papers to use etc., it was purely the time taken to actually put the card together.
For this card I used a decoupage image from Joanna Sheen's Jane Shasky Decoupage Sheets, I only used one layer of the decoupage and a sentiment from Pink Petticoat.
I added a scrap of woodgrain paper from my stash and the scalloped border is a Clearly Besotted die.
For the second card I used papers from Joanna Sheen's Jane Shasky From the Heart of the Garden CD ROM and created another CAS card.
The sentiment is from Pink Petticoat again and I just added a knotted piece of.ribbon.
I would like to enter these cards into the following challenges:
CD Sunday Challenge - Floral Frenzy
Crafty Gals Corner Challenge 6 - Anything Goes
Lil Patch of Crafty Friends Challenge 3 - Anything Goes
I don't think I've EVER managed to make a card in 20 minutes and you've come up with so many great ideas. Lx
