Thankful

This is another card that I have created using a Kelly Purkey card kit from 2012/2013, I am desperately trying to use up some of my old stash.  I need to make some space in my craft room, especially as it is Crafter's Companion's 16th Birthday week, have you seen all of the fabulous new launches!


For this one I have used three of the patterned papers and two of the solid papers from the 6 x 6 Basic Grey Persimmon paper pad that was in the kit.  I stamped a sentiment that was also in the kit and cut it out with my Die-namics Fishtail Flag die, I placed a couple of tags from the kit in the little pocket that I created and added a sticker and some gems.

    The splash of colour from the tags and the paper you used to create the pocket looks beautiful against the more neutral background papers a beautiful card

    What a beautiful card Pauline I love those papers and the fabulous design the tags look fantastic, when I first saw them I thought it was a duo coloured heart, the sentiments are lovely

    This is a fun way to send a card, plus leave a few extra messages or use as bookmarks. I applaud you for using up some of the older things you have. I'm trying to do that too, but all the new things are always catching my eye!
